Dealing with Dangote as a small business owner

Been trying to source packaging materials from their subsidiary for my food business and honestly the process is straightforward compared to other big companies sha. Their supply chain is reliable — ordered twice now and delivery was on schedule both times, which matters when you run a tight operation. Prices are not cheap at all but you understand why when the quality comes in and the business relationship is solid. Would use them again, even though getting through to the right person initially took some back and forth.

Dangote products are legit, but their customer service line is annoying

I use their cement for some of my boutique renovations and the quality is solid - no jokes. To be fair, the product itself never disappoints and prices are competitive compared to other suppliers I know. My only gripe is that trying to reach their customer service in Ibadan branch took me almost 45 minutes on the phone before someone picked up, which was frustrating when I just needed a simple question answered. But overall, I won't lie - they deliver what they promise, so I'm still satisfied with them.

Dangote products dey kampe o but the waiting game ehn

Their cement and sugar products are solid. Quality is there and prices are fair compared to other brands around Maiduguri. The only thing wey vex me small small is when I went to buy at the Lamisil branch last month, the queue was long and slow, I waited almost one hour for just three bags of cement. But to be fair, the staff were polite and the product itself was worth it. I won't lie, I'll still buy from them again.

Dangote products good but their customer service ehhh

To be fair, the cement and sugar products are solid quality — I use their cement for all my plumbing jobs and it works fine. But honestly, when I went to their Abuja depot last month to sort out a bulk order, I waited for almost 3 hours before anyone attended to me. E no easy jare. The staff there were not friendly at all, just moving like they doing you a favour. Good products, but the service side needs serious work.
