Came to Berger looking for exterior coating for my house and I have to say the guy that attended to me really knew his stuff. He didn't just try to sell me the most expensive option sha, he actually listened to what I needed and recommended what would work best for my climate here in Bauchi. The paint quality speaks for itself and it's holding up well after several months. Won't lie, prices are not small but you get what you pay for with this one.
I've been using Berger paints for my farm buildings here in Warri and the coating quality is actually solid, it holds up well against the weather and sun. My only real problem sha is how long it takes to get stock when you order. Last time I needed paint for a fence project and had to wait almost two weeks before they had what I wanted in their system, meanwhile other farmers were asking me why my work was moving slow. The paint itself does what it promises, but abeg their supply side needs work because na frustration that was.
Was skeptical at first but my salon needed fresh coating so I gave Berger Paints a try. The paint itself is solid — coverage is decent and color stays vibrant — but chai, the ordering process nearly frustrated me to death. Went to pick up my order and waited almost an hour while staff were moving around like nobody was in a rush, and when the guy finally attended to me he couldn't even answer simple questions about the product specifications. The paint works well sef, but for what you're paying, their customer service needs serious work sha.
