Tried not to think about it too much at first but I eventually decided to use HealthTracka for a blood test since going to a lab here in Calabar takes forever. The whole at-home collection thing was convenient sha, they came to my place and the nurse was professional enough. But then waiting for results took almost two weeks when they promised five days, and when I finally got them the report was confusing with no explanation or follow-up call to clarify anything. For someone who works in government office I know how frustrating delays can be, but abeg this is supposed to be a health service not a bureau.
