Tried not to think about it too much at first but I eventually decided to use HealthTracka for a blood test since going to a lab here in Calabar takes forever. The whole at-home collection thing was convenient sha, they came to my place and the nurse was professional enough. But then waiting for results took almost two weeks when they promised five days, and when I finally got them the report was confusing with no explanation or follow-up call to clarify anything. For someone who works in government office I know how frustrating delays can be, but abeg this is supposed to be a health service not a bureau.
Wasn't even planning to come but my friend dragged me to try HealthTracka's at-home lab testing and honestly it was mixed. The actual test kit was straightforward and the instructions were clear, but ordering online took forever — website kept timing out and customer service took two days to respond to my message. Results came back quick which was good, but they didn't follow up or explain anything to me sha, just sent the numbers without context. For someone like me who wanted something convenient, the ordering part defeated the whole purpose of 'simple.'
