Good care but the waiting time sha

Was referred here by my doctor for a nephrology consultation and I must say the medical team knew their stuff, explained everything clearly which I appreciated. The facilities look modern and clean, they have the right equipment for what they do. My only gripe though is that I had an appointment at 2pm and didn't see the doctor until almost 3:30, no explanation or apology from anyone. Overall the actual service was solid but abeg next time they should respect appointment times because I no go lie that wait was frustrating.

Their nephrology work is solid but the waiting time will test your patience

Was referred here by my doctor for a kidney-related concern and I won't lie, the specialists know their craft. The consultation itself was thorough and they explained everything clearly which I appreciated. But chai, waiting for the appointment took almost two hours even though I had a booked slot and there were maybe five other people ahead of me. For a hospital that prides itself on transplant care, you'd think they'd have the patient flow sorted but clearly dem need to look into that sha.

Good doctors but the waiting time is killing me

Was referred here by my colleague for a kidney issue and honestly the nephrology team knew their stuff. They explained everything clearly which I appreciated as a pharmacist myself. But chai, I made an appointment for 10am and wasn't seen until almost 12 noon sha. For a hospital that specializes in transplant care, their appointment system needs serious work because my time matters too.
