Good system but their staff need to pick up speed

Needed to set up some health infrastructure stuff for my carpentry business records and my boy recommended Helium Health. The platform itself is solid and works well, no lies but the people attending to me sha were moving like tortoise. I waited almost 45 minutes before anyone properly explained how the whole system works even though I had an appointment. Overall I rate what they offer but abeg they need to train their staff on customer service because the technology is good but the waiting game annoyed me small small.

Good system but their support response time is rough

Long time customer dropping a review finally because I needed to give credit where it's due. Their digital health infrastructure actually works smooth once it's set up and the platform itself does what it's supposed to do, but abeg when you have an issue and need to reach someone it's like pulling teeth. I waited almost three days for a response to my support ticket when my account had a glitch and by then I'd already figured it out myself. Still using them because the actual service is solid but they really need to work on their customer support team because that part no easy.

Finally got my health records organized

Was skeptical at first honestly — thought it was just another one of those tech things that wouldn't work properly. But their system for managing health data sha, it actually works. The person who helped me set everything up was patient and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions, which I appreciated. Worth the hassle of learning something new.
