Good service but the wait time sha

Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after to check out what the whole Clafiya thing is about. The nurse that attended to me was actually patient and explained everything clear clear, answering all my questions about the home healthcare thing. My only gripe is I waited almost 50 minutes before anyone saw me even though I booked an appointment beforehand. For the price they charge and considering I took time off work, that wait was unnecessary but the actual service itself was solid I no go lie.

Healthcare at home is convenient sha but the app needs work

Didn't have high hopes honestly but Clafiya actually made sense when I needed to see a doctor without leaving my place. The whole process was straightforward, doctor came on time and knew what she was doing, very professional about everything. My only gripe is the app kept crashing when I was trying to book my follow up appointment and I had to call instead which defeated half the purpose. Still 4 stars because for someone like me working irregular hours, having home healthcare access is actually a game changer even if their tech side needs fixing.

Finally found a doctor that comes to my house

Was skeptical at first but my neighbor wouldn't stop talking about Clafiya so I decided to try them last week when my back was killing me and I couldn't leave the shop. The nurse that came to my house was proper professional sha, she examined me right there, took my vitals, and didn't make me feel rushed even though I had customers waiting. For someone like me selling food all day, not having to close shop or spend transport money to go sit in a hospital is actually a big deal. Worth every naira honestly.
