Review Time
Frequent customer here and I must say Synlab does their work well, the staff know what they're doing and results come back accurate. My only gripe sha is that last time I came in for my tests, I waited almost an hour before they even called my name even though I had an appointment. The lab itself is clean and organized but abeg they need to sort out their scheduling because waiting that long when you already took time out of your work day is frustrating. Overall though I still come back because their diagnostics are solid and the results are reliable.
Hospital appointment nearby so I came here after and honestly I was expecting the whole waiting room drama but these people were organized sha. The lady at reception didn't make me repeat myself five times like other places do and the whole process from registration to sample collection was straightforward. For someone like me who rides all day, quick service actually matters and they delivered that. Won't lie they're doing better than most diagnostic centers I know around Asaba.
Been coming here for months now and the diagnostic services are solid I won't lie. The staff are professional and they explain everything clearly which I appreciate sef. My only complaint is the turnaround time for results sha, they told me 48 hours and it took almost a week before I got my report. Everything else checks out but abeg that waiting period needs to improve because some people have emergencies.
