Wasn't enthusiastic but came anyway when my boss recommended them for a project. The actual work done was solid I won't lie — they knew what they were doing with the marine services side — but getting updates was like pulling teeth abeg. Waited almost two weeks for a simple status report and had to call them three times before someone picked up. I no go lie, the service itself delivered but the wahala with their customer care made the whole thing frustrating.
