Came to inquire about their marine services for a potential side hustle and the whole process was confusing sha. The guy explaining things seemed knowledgeable enough but he moved so slow I almost fell asleep waiting for him to finish talking. They've got the technical knowledge no doubt but their customer service needs serious work because I left more confused than when I came. Won't rule them out completely but they need to get their act together if they want people like me taking them serious.
