Came to check out their medical equipment after my boss recommended them and I was impressed with the actual products on display sha. The technician who showed me around knew his stuff and explained everything clearly which I appreciated. My problem though is I waited almost an hour before anyone even came to attend to me even though the place wasn't even busy. For the amount they charge for these things abeg, the service speed needs to match or they'll lose customers like me.
