finally sorted my cross border shopping without the headache

I've tried here for months now and honestly Klasha has made sending stuff to my family abroad so much simpler than before. The whole process of getting items from international stores and having them delivered back home used to be pure wahala but these guys streamlined it sha. One thing that really got me was how transparent they were with the costs upfront, no hidden charges appearing halfway through like you'd expect. Definitely beats the stress of trying to figure out shipping and customs on my own as a trader trying to move goods.

Good platform but their customer service response time sha

I've tried Klasha for months now and the whole cross-border shopping thing works well honestly. Getting items shipped from outside Nigeria is actually smooth and the prices are fair compared to what you'd pay locally. My one complaint though is when I had an issue with a delivery last month, took them almost a week to respond to my message and by then the damage was done. Otherwise na good service I won't lie, just wish their support team moved faster when problems come up.

ordered international items and it was straightforward sha

Been using Klasha for a few months now to order stuff from outside Nigeria and honestly the process is way easier than I thought it would be. Got my order delivered to my address in Akure without stress and the items came in good condition. My only annoying thing though is the tracking updates sometimes take forever to come through so you're just guessing where your package is sef. Overall it works but they should fix that notification thing because checking every hour is not fun when you're out doing deliveries.
