Been ordering from Jumia for small small things since last year and honestly the experience has been smooth most times. Delivery is usually fast and they pack things well, so when your order arrives everything is intact sha. My only gripe is that sometimes items show as in stock online but when your order is processing you get a message saying it's unavailable — happened twice now and it's annoying because you've already made up your mind. Overall though for an e-commerce platform this size, they're doing their thing pretty well.
