Came to inquire about their empowerment programs as an engineer looking to expand and honestly the whole thing felt disorganized. The staff member who attended to me took forever explaining what they actually offer, kept going in circles about eligibility requirements, and by the time I left I still wasn't sure what services I qualified for. They mean well with the social economic empowerment angle but abeg they need to streamline how they communicate with potential clients because I no go lie, the experience left me more confused than when I walked in.
