They really helped me out but the process was long

Frequent customer here and I must say LAPO has been solid for what they do with the whole empowerment angle sha. The team actually took time to explain how everything works and I appreciated that they weren't just rushing me through like some places do. My only gripe is the waiting time was crazy even though I had an appointment, sat there almost an hour before anyone called my name which was frustrating. But overall they delivered on what they promised and I'll be coming back for sure.

Good mission but the process is frustrating sha

Came to inquire about their empowerment programs as an engineer looking to expand and honestly the whole thing felt disorganized. The staff member who attended to me took forever explaining what they actually offer, kept going in circles about eligibility requirements, and by the time I left I still wasn't sure what services I qualified for. They mean well with the social economic empowerment angle but abeg they need to streamline how they communicate with potential clients because I no go lie, the experience left me more confused than when I walked in.

Been coming here for months now and finally understand the hype

LAPO really changed things for me when I was trying to get my small business off the ground sha. The whole empowerment program they have — the way they actually break things down and don't just hand you money and leave you — that's what got me. Most places take your money and disappear but these people follow up, ask how your business is doing, connect you with other entrepreneurs. One staff member in particular spent almost an hour with me explaining options when she could have rushed me out. Worth the naira honestly.
