Been using them for transfers and honestly it's smooth

Regular customer here and I must say Flutterwave has made my life easier sha. As a nurse, I need to send money to my family back home and abroad sometimes, and their payment system works without the usual wahala you get from other places. The transaction goes through quick and the fees are reasonable compared to what I was paying before. I no go lie, this one has saved me from plenty stress already.

Flutterwave na fine but the transfer thing frustrate me

Guy, first time coming here and honestly the app interface was smooth sha, I was able to link my account without too much stress. But then I tried sending money to my cousin last week and the thing took almost 3 hours before it reflected — I no go lie, that nearly made me lose a job contract because customer was waiting. The money eventually came through sef but e no easy when you're depending on it to move quick like that.

flutterwave works fine but the waiting time tho

I no go lie, their platform is solid for moving money around and the rates are actually competitive compared to what other people charge. My transfers always go through without issue sha. The only thing wey annoyed me was when I tried to reach their support team last month about a transaction query — took dem almost three days to respond to my message, and by then I had already sorted it myself. Still, for someone like me wey uses am regularly for business, it gets the job done.

flutterwave transactions work well sha

To be fair, I've been using Flutterwave for my shop payments since last year and the money comes through fast, no nonsense. The dashboard is straightforward enough and I can track my sales without headache. My only gripe is that small small transaction fees they charge sha — sometimes I'm moving 50k and dem take almost 1,500 naira. But overall e dey work for the business and I no go lie, it beats the stress of going to the bank every single time.
