Good service but their app takes forever to load

I've tried Moniepoint for months now and honestly it's been solid for moving money around as a trader. The transfers are fast and the rates are competitive compared to what other platforms charge me. My only real complaint sha is that their mobile app moves like it's on 2G network even when my connection is fine. It freezes small small before I can complete transactions and it's frustrating when you're trying to move quick.

Been using Moniepoint for my small business and it's solid

Regular customer here and I must say they've made managing my payments way easier than before. The transfers go through quick and the fees are reasonable compared to what I was paying with my bank before — that alone saved me some naira monthly abeg. What really got me was how straightforward the whole process is, no unnecessary steps or hidden charges trying to surprise you. IT background helps but even my wife who's not tech-savvy can use their platform without calling me for help every five minutes.
