Landmark Africa property investment was the right call

Took a lot of convincing to try this place honestly because property investment never been my thing but the team here walked me through everything in a way I actually understood. The guy who handled my case didn't rush me even though I asked a million questions, just sat there patiently explaining how the whole development project works and what I'm actually getting into. For something this big naira-wise, having someone take their time like that made all the difference sha. Already seeing returns and I aint even regret it.

Good properties but their follow-up game weak

Been in real estate for years so I know my way around, came to check out Landmark Africa's developments and the projects themselves are solid — locations are strategic, finish is decent for the price point. What annoyed me sha is after the initial presentation, getting updates on payment plans and timelines became a whole wahala — you'd call and get transferred three times before someone actually knows what you're talking about. Their property portfolio is worth the visit but abeg improve your after-sales communication because that's where they're losing customers like me.
