Good app but customer service na another level

Been using GTBank's mobile app for my fashion business transactions and it's smooth sha — transfers go through fast and the interface is clean. But abeg, try calling their customer service line when you have issues and see if you won't age 10 years waiting. Last month I had a charge I didn't recognize and spent 3 days trying to get someone to explain it to me. The app itself is solid and that's why I'm not dropping below 3, but their support team needs serious retraining because one person shouldn't make you consider switching banks sef.

gtbank abuja is fine but the queue system sha

I've been banking with them for years and the staff dem are always helpful when you finally get to them. But last week I went there around 2pm and the queue was just... chai, e no easy. I stood there for almost an hour watching one cashier while three others were just doing their thing at the back, and abeg nobody even came to explain what was happening. Still giving them 4 stars because everything else works well, but that day annoyed me small small.

gtbank akure branch decent but the queues are mad

The staff were helpful when they finally got to me, but abeg that waiting time was something else. I came in around 2pm on a Tuesday and stood for almost 45 minutes watching three tellers move slow like tortoise while people behind the counter were just chatting. The app works fine sha, transfers quick quick, but if you ever need to do anything in person dem better don bring your whole day. E no easy.

gtbank asaba is good but the queue wahala

I go there every Friday to deposit my tailoring money and the staff dem are actually nice — the manager even know my name now. The thing is sha, last week I waited almost one hour just to deposit 50k, there was only one person at the counter and like five of us waiting. But aside that one, everything else smooth. I no go lie, better than the other bank near my area.
