Wasn't enthusiastic but came anyway and checked out Leadway after my coworker wouldn't stop talking about them. The girl at the counter was helpful explaining their plans sha, but when I actually needed to file a claim three months later, the whole thing dragged like NEPA issues — kept asking for the same documents over and over. They say they're innovative but the backend process feels stuck in 2015 honestly. Won't say they're terrible but e no easy waiting two months for a simple claim when other companies do it in weeks.
