Good product but the distribution network is frustrating

Been buying their beer for years as a shop owner, so I know quality when I see am. The product itself is solid — customers keep coming back for it which is why I stock it. But chai, the supply chain sha... sometimes I wait weeks for restock, prices keep jumping without warning, and don't even get me started on trying to reach someone in their distribution team when there's an issue. I no go lie, they need to sort out their logistics because a good product means nothing if half your retailers can't get consistent stock.

good stuff but the queue situation is real

Was skeptical at first but Nigerian Breweries actually delivered on the product quality, I no go lie. The cold beer is cold, the variety is there, and prices make sense compared to what you'd pay outside. My only gripe though? Waited almost 40 minutes just to get served at the counter sha, and the girl at the desk didn't even look up when I walked in—felt like I was invisible for a whole 10 minutes before she acknowledged me. Still a solid spot, just go when you're not in a rush abeg.

been coming here for years but something don change

Long time customer dropping a review finally because the quality has genuinely dropped sha. Last month I came for my usual beer and the bottles were dusty, staff at the counter didn't even greet me, just stared at their phones like I was invisible. The product itself is still good I won't lie but e no easy when you've been loyal to a brand and dem treat you like you just walked in yesterday. I'm not angry, just disappointed — they used to do better than this.

Was skeptical at first but Nigerian Breweries product itself is solid — cold, fresh, tastes like it should. The thing is, finding it locally here in Enugu sometimes is like searching for needle in haystack sha. I work odd hours as electrician so I can't always catch the suppliers when they come around, and they no dey stock consistently at the nearby shops. Product is 4-star, the availability is what's killing me.
