Finally leaving a review as a long time customer because this place just keeps getting it right. What got me was how organized everything is sha, like they have their stock system so tight that I can actually find what I need without walking round like lost sheep. The prices aint cheap but when you see how fresh the groceries are and how many options they have, you understand why people keep coming back. Been going there since I started work at the bank and I haven't had a bad experience yet.
Long time customer dropping a review finally because last Saturday I came to grab some groceries and the whole experience was smooth sha. The shelves were well stocked — I was looking for this particular brand of milk that's always finished everywhere else and they had it in abundance, cold and everything. Checkout line moved fast too, cashier was friendly, no wahala at all. For someone like me who works on cars all week, Shoprite is just the reliable spot where I know what I'm getting.
