Been coming here for months now and I'm generally satisfied with my life insurance plan and the savings component. The coverage is solid and the premiums are reasonable for what you get. My only complaint sha is that getting responses to queries takes forever. I submitted questions about my policy three weeks ago and had to follow up twice before someone finally got back to me. For a financial institution handling people's money, that kind of response time is not acceptable honestly.
