Long time customer dropping a review finally because I've been with Old Mutual for almost three years now and the life insurance plans are solid I won't lie. Coverage is comprehensive and the savings component actually grows which is why I stuck around this long. My only gripe is getting them on the phone to ask questions or make changes takes forever, I've waited almost an hour before someone picked up and that's not acceptable in 2024. Otherwise the policies are worth it and payouts when I needed them came through but abeg they need to fix their customer service response time.
