Came against my better judgment and tried Rano Air for a trip to Lagos last month. The flight itself was smooth and on time which impressed me honestly, but abeg the website for booking was confusing and I had to call their office three times before I understood the fare breakdown. For a new airline trying to compete they need to sort out that online system because waiting on hold for 20 minutes to book a ticket is not the move in 2024.
