I've tried Rano Air a few times now and the actual flight experience sha is solid. The thing that got me annoyed though is their booking website takes forever to load and I had to call customer service three times before they could confirm my reservation from Kano to Lagos. Staff on the phone were helpful I won't lie but abeg the system needs serious work because I almost missed my flight sorting out confirmation issues.
