Used to be my go-to but Red Star Express has been testing my patience lately. Sent a parcel to my supplier in Lagos last week and the tracking said 2 days sha but it took almost 5 days to arrive and my customer was already upset with me by then. The staff at the office are polite enough when you're there but once your package is with them na different story because nobody picks up calls to give you updates. I'm on the fence because when things work it's good but the delays are becoming too much for my salon business.
