Frequent customer here and I must say Sinotruk has solid heavy duty trucks and their gear hub is well stocked with quality parts. The trucks themselves are reliable which is why I keep coming back for my delivery business needs. My issue sha is the office staff when you go to place orders or handle paperwork na like they are on some other planet. Last time I went there I spent almost two hours just waiting for someone to process a simple spare parts order when I had deliveries waiting. Otherwise the products are good value for money and they know their business, but abeg they need to train those people on customer service because time wasting like that can cost a rider money.
