Came for a legal consultation last month and the actual lawyers knew their stuff, I won't lie. But abeg, the receptionist took forever to even acknowledge I was standing there and I waited almost 30 minutes before anyone called my name even though I had an appointment. The service inside was solid and they explained everything clearly but that first impression sha really annoyed me because it felt disrespectful. I'll go back because the legal advice was worth it but they need to sort out their front desk people.
