Came for a consultation regarding a legal matter and the staff were actually helpful when they finally got to me but chai, I waited almost an hour just sitting there even though I had an appointment. The lawyer I spoke with knew what he was doing sha and explained things clearly so I understood what was happening, but for the price they charge abeg, the waiting game shouldn't be part of it. Mixed feelings because the actual service was solid but the time management needs serious work. Would come back but only if I'm prepared to lose half my day there.
Came for a legal consultation last month and the actual lawyers knew their stuff, I won't lie. But abeg, the receptionist took forever to even acknowledge I was standing there and I waited almost 30 minutes before anyone called my name even though I had an appointment. The service inside was solid and they explained everything clearly but that first impression sha really annoyed me because it felt disrespectful. I'll go back because the legal advice was worth it but they need to sort out their front desk people.
Wasn't even planning to come but my mum insisted I sort out some inheritance issues and dragged me to Templars Law. The lawyer who handled my case sha took time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand instead of using big English that would confuse me more. Most places would just collect money and disappear but these guys followed up with me after and made sure I knew my next steps. Worth the trip from Ilorin honestly.
