I've been using Termii for customer engagement for my photography business since last year and the service itself is solid I won't lie. Messages go through quick and the dashboard is easy enough to navigate once you figure it out. My only real gripe is their documentation and help center are all over the place. Took me weeks of trial and error to set up API integration properly when a clearer guide would have saved me that headache, but now that it's running smooth the engagement rates have improved. Worth it overall but they need to work on making onboarding less frustrating for new users.
