Their platform works but documentation is confusing sha

I've been using Termii for customer engagement for my photography business since last year and the service itself is solid I won't lie. Messages go through quick and the dashboard is easy enough to navigate once you figure it out. My only real gripe is their documentation and help center are all over the place. Took me weeks of trial and error to set up API integration properly when a clearer guide would have saved me that headache, but now that it's running smooth the engagement rates have improved. Worth it overall but they need to work on making onboarding less frustrating for new users.

Finally something that works for my business

I've tried here for months now and the customer engagement platform sha has made things way easier for me at the shop. The way it helps me keep in touch with my customers without stressing is just what I needed honestly. One thing that really impressed me was how simple the setup was sef, my nephew helped me configure it in like 30 minutes and I was good to go. Worth every naira I spent on it so far.

Been using Termii for my business and finally rating

Regular customer here and I must say this platform has made customer engagement so much easier for my carpentry side hustle. The messaging system is straightforward sha, no complicated setup that would frustrate someone like me who just wants to reach clients without wahala. What really got me was how fast I could set up campaigns to notify repeat customers about new jobs and promotions without feeling like I'm bothering them. For the price, the value is there and my clients actually respond now instead of ignoring random texts.
