Review Time
Long time customer dropping a review finally because Mikano really came through when I needed a power solution for my carpentry workshop. The engineer that came to install the unit was patient with all my questions and didn't rush the job even though it was getting late in the afternoon. What impressed me most was how quick they responded when I called about maintenance last month, came same day and sorted it out proper proper. For the price they charge the service honestly matches, and knowing my power won't cut in the middle of an important job gives me peace of mind.
Frequent customer here and I must say Mikano International has solid industrial solutions that actually work for what we need at the security firm. The team knows their stuff and the generators they supplied are reliable sha. My only gripe is the waiting time whenever you need service or follow-up on an order, sometimes you call multiple times before someone gets back to you which is frustrating when you have downtime issues. Otherwise they deliver on what they promise, just wish the response time was faster.
Was skeptical at first honestly but the Mikano unit we got from them has been solid for months now. The thing about power generation equipment is you don't know if it's quality until you actually use it when NEPA fails you, and ours has never let us down yet. The sales guy explained everything clearly which I appreciated because these things can be confusing, and he didn't try to oversell me on stuff I didn't need. Worth the investment sha.
