Good bank but their customer service line is a headache

Used to love FCMB but come on, trying to reach someone on their customer service line sha is like waiting for NEPA to restore light. I needed to sort out a transaction issue last month and I spent almost two hours on hold before anybody picked up. The banking app works fine and my transfers go through smooth but that customer service experience knocked one star off for me because honestly for a group this size abeg do better.
