Review Time
Came to celebrate with family last weekend and I no go lie the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff treated us well sha. Food was good, rooms were clean, everything was fine until we got to our suite and realized the air conditioning was barely working despite paying premium rates. We had to call down three times before they sent someone to fix it and by then we'd already spent an hour sweating like we were in Maiduguri harmattan. Overall decent stay but for what they charge they should get these things right the first time.
My friend insisted we try this place last weekend and honestly I wasn't expecting much — security guard salary no fit luxury hotel type thing. But the moment we walked in, the whole atmosphere just hit different sha. The staff treated us like we belonged there, and the attention to detail in how everything was set up, from the rooms to the common areas, it just showed say dem care about what they doing. Worth the splurge for a special occasion, I no go lie.
