Review Time
I've tried here for months now and I must say the delivery system is what got me impressed honestly. Guy brought my stuff on time and everything was well packaged, vegetables fresh and the prices na normal compared to what you pay at the market. One thing though, their app could load faster but that's small small compared to how reliable they are. Worth the naira sef.
Tried not to think about it too much at first but honestly Supermart.ng sha has a serious delivery problem. I ordered some vegetables and provisions on a Saturday morning and didn't get my stuff until Monday evening, meanwhile they promised next day delivery. The items came okay I'll give them that, but the wait time was just annoying for someone like me working on the farm with limited time. Won't order from them again unless they sort out this delivery wahala because there's no point ordering online if I can just go to the market myself abeg.
Ordered groceries from Supermart last week and the items came fresh which was impressive — vegetables still crisp, fruits not bruised or anything. But abeg, the delivery took almost 5 hours when they promised 2 hours sha, and I had to keep calling them to find out where my order was because they weren't picking up. The prices are fair and the selection is wide I won't complain about that, but if you can't deliver on time what's the point of ordering online?
