Came to them for corporate matters and the lawyers clearly knew what they were doing with the paperwork and all that, but chai the way they handle clients sha. I had to chase them down for updates multiple times and the receptionist barely acknowledged me when I walked in like I was invisible. For the amount they charge you'd think someone would bother to return calls the same day but that's not how it works here. They delivered results eventually but the experience itself made me consider other options next time I no go lie.
