Took a lot of convincing to try this mental health consultation thing sha, but my daughter wouldn't stop bothering me about it so I came. The counselor I spoke with actually took time to understand what was going on with me instead of rushing through like these people usually do. Not gonna lie, at my age I didn't think talking to someone would help but this person made me feel heard and I appreciated that small small. Worth the money if you ask me.
