Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly I'm glad I did because the counselor I spoke to really listened and didn't make me feel rushed through everything. The staff were calm and the space itself felt safe which is what you need when you're dealing with mental health matters na. My only complaint sha is that I had to wait almost an hour for my appointment even though I booked ahead and that annoyed me small small. Overall though I'll come back because the actual care was worth it but abeg they need to sort their scheduling system.
