Came to them for my salon's branding overhaul and honestly they understood what I needed from the start which was refreshing. The designs they came back with were sharp and captured my vision perfectly, but getting to that point took forever sha. Kept pushing back deadlines, took weeks to respond to messages, and by the time everything was finalized I was already exhausted. Good end result but the journey to get there made me question if it was worth the stress.
