Came for a diagnostic test last month and the actual lab work was done properly. The technician knew what she was doing and results came back accurate which is what matters sef. My complaint sha is that I booked an appointment online but still waited almost an hour when I arrived, like why even have the appointment system if it doesn't mean anything. Overall the service is solid but they need to sort out their scheduling wahala.
