Was skeptical at first but my friend insisted we try Deks Digital for my trading business Instagram. The guy who handled our account actually knew what he was doing sha, posts were getting engagement and we even saw new customers coming through. But abeg, trying to reach them for updates was like extracting teeth. Made an appointment to discuss SEO strategy and waited almost an hour before anyone picked up, then they rushed through everything like we were wasting their time. Good work but their customer service needs serious work if I'm being honest.
