My friend dragged me here to try this mindfulness class thing and honestly I was skeptical sha. The actual session was calm and helped me relax after long days at the tailor shop, but abeg the time it took just to get registered and settled was something else. They had me waiting almost 30 minutes before the class even started even though I came early. For someone charging this much per session, the organization needs serious work because the peace they promise gets lost in the frustration of waiting.
