Tried not to think about it too much at first but I finally decided to use their digital consultation service and honestly it was good. The therapist I was matched with was patient and actually listened instead of just rushing through like some places do, which I appreciated coming from a banking background where people just want quick fixes. My only gripe is their booking platform is confusing sef, took me almost 20 minutes to figure out how to schedule my follow up appointment when it should have been simple. Overall though the actual mental health support they provided was solid, just sort out that booking issue abeg.
