Used to be my go-to but prices have gone up since my last visit and honestly it's not justified. The apple drink taste is still there don't get me wrong but when you compare what you paying versus what you getting, something no add up. I came for a quick afternoon break and the bottles were warm not cold like they should be, then the girl at the counter didn't even bother to explain why till I asked. Maybe they'll sort themselves out but for now I'm on the fence about coming back.
I've tried here for months now and I must say their apple drink hits different. The taste is consistent every single time I buy, whether I'm grabbing it from a shop or drinking it cold at home, and as a pharmacist I appreciate quality ingredients that don't leave a weird aftertaste. The only thing that annoyed me was one time the bottle cap was loose when I bought it but honestly that's on the distributor not them. For the price they charge, you're getting value for your money and that's rare these days.
Used to be my go-to but La Casera sha has lost it lately. Last time I came in, waited almost 30 minutes just to buy a bottle — one bottle — while two staff members were chatting by the counter like nobody else existed. The apple drink itself? Still hits cold and refreshing, I won't lie, but na that one thing carrying them abeg, because the service and general attitude toward customers is honestly disappointing for a company that's supposed to be iconic.
