Review Time
Hospital appointment brought me to Lagos last month and I decided to try SmallChops.ng since everyone was talking about them. Ordered some finger foods for delivery to my hotel and honestly the stuff arrived fresh and tasted good, but abeg the delivery took almost two hours when they said 45 minutes. I no go lie the quality of the small chops was there but next time I'll just pick up myself if I'm in the area because that wait time nearly made me miss my flight back to Akure.
Ordered online and waited almost two hours for what should have taken 45 minutes honestly. The smallchops themselves were actually nice and fresh when they finally arrived, but by then I was already upset with the whole process. Guy at customer care didn't even pick up when I called to check on my order status. Won't lie the taste made up for some of it but next time I'm just going to their location instead because this delivery thing is not it.
Ordered their small chops for a family thing and I won't lie the food came out fresh and well packaged sha. But abeg this delivery guy took almost an hour to find my place even though I sent him the exact location three times. The finger foods were still good when he finally arrived but the wahala of trying to guide someone through Bauchi streets almost spoiled the whole thing for me.
