Review Time
The diagnostic equipment looked modern and clean which was good, but the wait time sha was something else. I had to sit for almost an hour before they called my name even though I booked an appointment beforehand. The staff were polite enough when they finally attended to me and explained the tests clearly, but by that time my mood was already spoilt. For what they charge here, the service pace needs to improve because time is money and I no go lie, I expected better from a clinic charging premium prices.
