Took a lot of convincing to try this place and honestly I'm glad I did because the consultation was actually helpful and the counselor listened without rushing me through everything. My only real complaint is the app they use to book appointments, it kept timing out and I had to call to confirm my slot which was annoying when I'm a busy civil servant with limited time. Everything else was solid though, the space was calm and I felt comfortable discussing my mental health without judgment. Would come back but abeg fix that app first because I no go lie it's frustrating.
