Reluctantly agreed to come here after my daughter insisted I needed proper mental health support and honestly I was surprised. The counselor I met was patient and actually listened to my concerns without rushing me through, which is rare these days. My only gripe is that I had an appointment at 2pm and didn't get attended to until almost 3 o'clock and nobody even explained why. Otherwise the whole experience was helpful and I felt like someone actually cared about what I was going through, so I'll be coming back despite the wahala with the time.
