Tried not to think about it too much at first but finally decided to use Silver-Cross Med for some mental health support and honestly it's a mixed bag. The booking process was straightforward and I could schedule a session quickly which was good, but then I got matched with someone who didn't really understand banking stress or the pressure young professionals face na. The consultation itself was helpful I won't lie, but for what they charge monthly the therapist selection should be better curated because I felt like I was explaining my whole background before we could even start proper talking. Good concept and the platform works smoothly, but they need to get their matching algorithm right sef.
